Orders and Payment
An order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline it. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed by our payment provider at checkout.

Use products only as directed on their packaging. You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens that may affect you. Discontinue use and consult a professional if irritation occurs.

Shipping Policy
Orders ship from Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout at the following flat rates:
Saver — 3–6 business days: $3.95 · free on orders of $35 or more
Standard — 2–5 business days: $5.95 · free on orders of $59 or more
Expedited — 2 business days: $12.95
Overnight — next business day: $34.95
Delivery times are estimates and begin when the order leaves our facility. Some items (including fragrances and alcohol-based products) ship by ground transportation only and are not eligible for Expedited or Overnight service. We currently ship within the United States.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To start a return, contact us at shijie.qu@rakujushoji.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases we will cover the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned unless defective.
